CHI vs. PAUL MITCHELL flat iron?

I just bought a CHI but I'm deciding if I want to return it. I had read about both and they both seem great. The one I bought is a REAL CHI. I have fine hair and I'm afraid it will fry off. You can't adjust the heat on the CHI . I have the Silk infusion too. Which is better? Please don't leave other straighteners because Im only deciding between these twoo, Thanks
