Is there an etiquette on selling gifts?

It's not rude to "find a new home" for gifts that you either don't like or can't make use for. However it wasn't too bright of your friend to list them on a public forum that you happen to have access to. I don't blame you for being annoyed, she could have been more thoughtful. I wouldn't say anything though.
