What is the model of your Samsung DVD Drive? Which tool do you use to burn these files? What are you trying to burn and what are the resources of the files? It may be the DVD burning side of your drive is faulty. Did you contract to Samsung or send a report to get help from Samsung? If you want to update the driver of your DVD drive, you should go to Samsung website or maybe Dell website.
