Testicles switch which one's hanging lower?

15, male. I know it's entirely normal to have one testicle that hangs lower than the other, but this is a little different. For me, one day the left one may be hanging lower, and the next day the right one may be. However, they may only momentarily swap after masturbation (that's usually when I check. o_o.). Is this normal?
