I can't seem to lose 10 lbs!!!!?

Well, there is the obvious, eating healthy and exercising. Running (long-distance 5, 10, 15k) is about the best thing for losing weight (in my opinion). Try starting running, aim for a half-marathon in a year or two years time. Start slowly and build your way up, do some longer slow runs and some short fast runs to build your speed. Watch yourself improve as you shed off those last few pounds!
